What you need

Steps

  1. Open Results about you and sign in to Google.
  2. Add your name and the contact details to look for. Google checks for search results that show them.
  3. Review the results it finds and choose "Request to remove" on each one.
  4. Turn on notifications so Google tells you when new results appear.

Open Google Search's opt-out page

This hides results from Google Search only. The pages stay online until each site removes them, so do the sites below too.

Will it come back?

Often, yes. People-search sites keep buying fresh data, so listings can reappear after a few months. Search for your name on the site again every few months. Sorrel Identity's free dashboard reminds you when it's time.
